Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to be flexible and accommodating. However, please note our cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled tour departure will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure, as well as no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund. We kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. This will allow us to offer the space to other interested guests. Please note that any third-party fees or charges incurred during the booking process, such as transaction fees or non-refundable deposits, are non-refundable We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.
